Business Analyst II

Job Summary

To support business initiatives, the full-time Business Analyst II will perform data analysis, identify implementation barriers, and conduct user acceptance testing for new systems in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Support business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of new systems
• Identify and analyze user requirements and existing processes to recommend improvements
• Lead problem-solving efforts and coordinate between various business units to enhance operational reports

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of business process analysis experience, preferably in healthcare or claims payment
• Knowledge of managed care information systems and provider reimbursement methodologies preferred
• Previous structured testing experience preferred
• Xcelys experience preferred
