Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II in the Information Technology field.

Responsibilities:

Develop solutions within IT systems for both internal and external customers
Gather and document project requirements
Facilitate meetings, perform root cause analysis, and identify project risks and issues

Qualifications:

Associates or Bachelor's degree in an IT related field with at least 4 years of business analysis experience
Knowledge of SDLC, data pipelines, and business intelligence outcomes
Experience with large system design and implementation
2+ years' experience in the insurance industry preferred
Knowledge of SQL, DB2 databases, and Agile processes is a plus
