Business Analyst II - UAT

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II - Integration Quality & User Acceptance Testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of new systems
• Identify and analyze user requirements and recommend business solutions for process improvement
• Lead problem-solving efforts and coordinate between various business units

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Knowledge of managed care information systems and SQL scripting
• Experience with project management and structured testing preferred
• Understanding of data migration, software enhancement/planning, and Agile methodologies
