Business Analyst II - UAT

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Business Analyst II - UAT will support business initiatives through data analysis, user acceptance testing, and integration testing while enhancing operational reports and facilitating coordination between business units.

Key responsibilities

• Support business initiatives by analyzing data, identifying implementation barriers, and conducting user acceptance testing of new systems
• Identify and analyze user requirements and processes to recommend improvements and assist with implementation
• Lead problem-solving efforts and coordinate between various business units to enhance performance management and operational reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Experience with SQL scripting and managed care information systems is ideal
• Previous structured testing experience and familiarity with Agile methodologies preferred
• Project management experience is a plus
