Business Analyst III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst III with Claims/Encounters experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead collaboration efforts with stakeholders to identify business needs and document actionable insights
• Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions and maintain alignment of Features in ADO
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts while recommending process improvement solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in requirements management required
• Healthcare delivery and/or payer industry experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools preferred
• Certifications such as IIBA, Six Sigma, ITIL, Agile, Lean, or SAFe preferred
