Business Analyst III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst III with Provider lifecycle experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead collaboration efforts with stakeholders to identify business needs and document actionable insights
• Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions and maintain alignment of Features in ADO
• Recommend process improvement solutions and provide guidance to junior analysts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in requirements management required
• Healthcare delivery and/or payer industry experience preferred
• Proficiency in business requirements management tools and software development processes preferred
• Knowledge of IT development cycle and Agile Framework
