Key Responsibilities

• Collect, document, and confirm business requirements and functional specifications
• Collaborate with business partners and developers to ensure understanding of business processes and requirements
• Define, develop, and deliver test plans and associated test case scenarios

Required Qualifications

• Experience with business analysis activities in a project environment
• Familiarity with System Development Life Cycle phases for package and custom solutions
• Understanding of application development lifecycle and related technologies
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with business partners and IT departments
• Experience in attending and participating in user and project meetings
