Business Analyst III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst III to perform various analyses and interpretations linking business needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing
• Identify and analyze user requirements to improve existing processes
• Coordinate with business units to develop and deliver training programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Project management experience preferred
• Strong background in Excel macros and Power Query preferred
• Staffing modeling experience is a plus
