Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant work experience
• Three years of analytical experience, including two years in business analysis functions
• Foundational understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and experience with AI fundamentals
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, PowerApps, Python, SQL, and internal systems
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries, and familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
