Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst III to join their Professional Services team remotely in the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the service request life cycle and monitor system integration and user acceptance testing
• Analyze program policies and user requirements to improve existing systems and automate processes
• Develop training curriculum and conduct formal training sessions for assigned systems modules

Required Qualifications

• 4 Year College Degree
• 4-5 Years of experience in business analysis work
• Knowledge of software development life cycle and project management principles
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical information and translate user needs into technical specifications
• Legally authorized to work in the US
