Business Analyst III

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Business Analyst III will evaluate and enhance Power BI reports, collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements, and support various internal projects within the banking industry.

Key responsibilities

• Rebuild and simplify Power BI reports and dashboards while eliminating unnecessary data sources
• Conduct research on industry trends and provide support for data platforms and internal projects
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to drive informed decision-making and maintain project progress

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience with Power BI, including dashboard development and data modeling
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and critical thinking
• Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management principles
• Experience in the financial industry or knowledge of financial crimes is a plus
