Business Analyst III

Job Summary

To enhance claims processing efficiency, the full-time remote Business Analyst III will design and implement automation and AI-enabled workflow solutions, translating business needs into functional requirements and managing project lifecycles.

Key responsibilities

• Translate ambiguous business needs into clear business and functional requirements for projects of varying complexity
• Identify opportunities for automation and contribute recommendations based on requirement analysis and future impacts
• Create detailed documentation, including Use Cases and User Stories, while facilitating cross-functional meetings to drive effective solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant work experience
• Three years of analytical experience, including at least two years in business analysis functions
• Experience scaling automation across multiple workflows or operational areas
• Familiarity with claims operations or similar process-driven domains
• Experience building dashboards and operational reporting using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
