Business Analyst III

Job Summary

Leading the business analysis effort for multiple complex enterprise-wide projects, the full-time remote Business Analyst III will mentor junior analysts, conduct requirements elicitation, and develop documentation to support business processes and system enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of a business analysis framework
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring documentation reflects their needs
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating and optimizing current business processes

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role
• CBAP or similar certification is ideal
• Proven experience with process improvement and documentation
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with Agile frameworks and tools is a plus
