Business Analyst III/IV

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency and customer experience, the remote full-time Business Analyst III/IV will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and support system enhancements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and systems to identify gaps and recommend solutions
• Gather and document business and system requirements for current and future states
• Partner with business and IT teams to deliver system enhancements and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 6 years of experience for BA III or 8 years for BA IV in business analysis or related fields
• Experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements
• Experience supporting or leading system implementations and process improvements
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and SDLC environments
