Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client IT teams to acquire healthcare data feeds and gather system configuration requirements
• Develop and maintain data mapping specifications for integration into internal systems
• Serve as the primary liaison between client IT teams and internal implementation teams to ensure smooth communication and project alignment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, data integration, or technical roles within the healthcare industry
• Proven experience with system configuration, data mapping, and building data parsers
• Strong background in healthcare revenue cycle management systems and data integration tools
• Experience in system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) for healthcare projects is preferred
