Business Analyst - Implementations

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Business Analyst - Implementations, the successful candidate will manage client relationships, develop rule logic, and analyze data mapping for compliance-related software systems in the financial services industry.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and communicate project status effectively
• Gather customer requirements and configure system settings and rule parameters
• Train system users and assess customer needs to recommend solutions

Required qualifications:

• Proficiency with MS Excel and experience defining business logic
• At least 1 year of experience in compliance or financial services is a plus
• Experience with JIRA and large data solutions
• Strong business skills with a proven track record of technology-based projects
• MBA or MIS is a plus
