Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Assignment Business Analyst IV.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business initiatives through data analysis, user acceptance testing, and identification of implementation barriers
• Analyze user requirements and improve existing processes through detailed project analysis and recommendations
• Coordinate with business units for training program development and oversee changes to departmental policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare, or 5+ years of HEDIS analysis
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Project management and process improvement experience preferred
• SQL experience and data visualization skills are a plus
