Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a systems administrator/coordinator for business systems and platforms
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on technology changes and updates
• Conduct regular audits of business systems to ensure compliance and enhance operational efficiencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Seven (7) plus years of experience in data analysis, business operations, and software solutions
• Extensive experience with large-scale software solutions and systems
• Effective program management capabilities to lead initiatives and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
• General statistics knowledge and familiarity with trending, time-series analysis, and regression analysis
