Business Analyst IV

Job Summary

Working remotely on a 3-month contract, the Business Analyst IV will serve as an intermediary between the team and the assigned line of business, advocating for clients throughout the solution development lifecycle while performing complex analysis and developing business cases for action.

Key responsibilities

• Advocate for business clients during all phases of the solution development lifecycle, including initiation, analysis, development, testing, and implementation
• Conduct complex analysis to identify core business issues and develop detailed requirements to address them
• Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and resolve any conflicts arising from technical deviations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field
• Eight years of experience in Business/Systems analysis or a related field
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or closely related field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong project management skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
