Business Analyst IV

Job Summary

To support a global credit process, the full-time onsite Business Analyst IV will manage end-to-end credit operations, oversee AI workforce solutions, and ensure compliance with financial controls while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assume ownership of the global credit process, including onboarding and credit limit management
• Support AI initiatives within Credit & Collections and collaborate with engineering and product teams for AI solution deployment
• Ensure adherence to risk management frameworks and maintain robust internal controls across credit operations

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in financial credit, credit risk management, or revenue operations
• Solid understanding of credit management processes including assessment and dispute resolution
• Familiarity with AI and automation solutions in a finance context
• Strong knowledge of financial controls, SOX compliance, and risk management frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
