Business Analyst IV

Job Summary

To provide fixed-term coverage for an established global finance operations function, the full-time remote Business Analyst IV will manage the end-to-end credit process, ensuring operational continuity, strong performance, and stakeholder alignment while supporting automation and AI initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the global credit process, including customer onboarding, credit assessment, and collections
• Maintain and operate existing credit processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with global standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and oversee credit lifecycle activities, including dispute resolution and case management

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in financial credit, credit risk management, or related finance operations roles
• Strong understanding of end-to-end credit management processes and financial controls
• Familiarity with AI, automation, and technology-enabled finance operations
• Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Compliance teams
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
