Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst IV - AFIPPS Analyst (HR) to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of applications using the latest tools and technologies
Interface with executive stakeholders and facilitate top-level stakeholder meetings
Improve organizational business processes, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and design innovative solutions

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of ten years hands-on analyst experience for software engineering projects
Experience with ERP Systems and Oracle EBS HR Functionality
Oracle Database experience with ability to run SQLs
Strong familiarity with Agile Software Development
Must have a BS Degree or relevant experience
