Business Analyst / Junior Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst / Junior Product Owner to support the build and delivery of a Zelle gateway.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Business Analysts and Product Managers for the delivery of Zelle payments products
• Work with Engineering teams to translate product vision into actionable requirements for the Zelle gateway
• Analyze product changes and document requirements to support continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a Business Analyst or Junior Product Owner role
• Experience with Zelle products and understanding of US payment schemes
• Ability to write user stories and define acceptance criteria
• Technical experience with API and cloud-based products
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and presenting insights
