Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst Lead to oversee a system migration project.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the Business Analyst approach and own key deliverables, including data mapping, BRD, and use cases
• Independently drive all Business Analyst activities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Collaborate closely with client and vendor teams throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale system migration projects, particularly with Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
• Strong domain expertise in banking, financial services, or credit union operations
• Demonstrated leadership in implementing Business Analysis best practices within complex project environments
