Business Analyst Level 2

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Level 2 (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document customer requirements, processes, and workflows
• Collaborate with development teams to create functional specifications and support the Agile development process
• Facilitate training and develop materials for user acceptance testing (UAT)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a technology-related field or relevant experience in the health industry
• 4 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Solid hands-on experience with soliciting requirements and user stories
• Understanding of business analysis principles, processes, techniques, and workflows
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
