Business Analyst Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst Manager to provide leadership and oversight for business analysis activities supporting enterprise technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts in documenting and communicating business requirements
• Evaluate organizational workflows and processes to support large-scale information management solutions
• Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding and implementation of requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of six (6) years of relevant professional experience
• Experience leading business analysis efforts in complex or enterprise environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Strong proficiency with requirements management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
