Business Analyst Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Business Analyst or Business Analyst Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of strategies based on data-driven insights to enhance underwriting and pricing strategies
• Manage multiple projects and mentor junior analysts on the team
• Design and improve the customer lifetime value (LTV) model to support business growth

Required Qualifications

• 2-7 years of experience in a highly analytical role, with specific years of experience required for each level
• Proven ability to solve problems end-to-end, from hypothesis formation to data analysis and stakeholder communication
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics
