Business Analyst Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst, Manager to lead a team in analyzing business problems and developing technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements through collaborative sessions with customers and stakeholders
• Direct and coordinate business analysis activities throughout project phases and manage a team of 5-8 employees
• Oversee and report business analysis metrics during implementation and operations phases

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or bachelor's degree with 10+ years of business analysis or related experience; equivalent experience considered
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in large complex projects with domain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and/or healthcare
• Minimum 3+ years of team leadership experience, including coaching and mentoring
• Strong knowledge in Healthcare Information Systems related to Provider Enrollment and Claims processing
• Experience leading and mentoring teams in customer-facing requirements and design sessions
