Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Analysts and Product Owners
Manage resource allocation and set performance metrics aligned with organizational objectives
Oversee requirements gathering, system configuration, and documentation processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher in a technology-related field or relevant experience in the health industry
5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Prior experience in an Agile-based methodology
Experience with Use Case methodology and workflows
Experience with Medicare/Medicaid projects and Microsoft ADO is preferred
