Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst Marketing Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzes information from various sources to identify trends and opportunities
• Supports scrum team by defining workflows, epics/features/user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Facilitates meetings with stakeholders to gather and document data requirements and potential solutions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree required or five years of applicable experience in lieu of degree; advanced degree preferred
• Five years of applicable work experience required; three years in a healthcare setting preferred
• Experience managing Salesforce data and working with Salesforce Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Experience with Sitecore or a comparable enterprise content management system
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
