Business Analyst - Medicaid TPL

Job Summary

Utilizing Medicaid TPL experience to support new client business for the Wisconsin account, the full-time remote Business Analyst - Medicaid TPL will analyze, design, and document business processes while serving as a bridge between clients and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, plan, design, document, and recommend improvements to business processes to support client technological goals
• Serve as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical personnel to define and communicate business requirements
• Create and analyze test scenarios to ensure client requirements are incorporated into system design

Required qualifications

• Three or more years of Business Analyst experience, with Medicaid TPL experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic computer programming concepts, including configuration and batch processing
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other quantitative analysis software
• Strong analytical skills and experience in business process re-engineering
• Ability to effectively communicate technical ideas to diverse audiences
