Business Analyst - Mortgage Technology

Job Summary

Supporting the design and delivery of innovative features in a remote full-time capacity, the Business Analyst - Mortgage Technology will collaborate with Product Owners and Senior Business Analysts, write agile user stories, and assist the agile development team throughout the sprint process.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of new features by writing requirements and agile user stories
• Drive customer discovery to understand use cases and enhance technology solutions
• Clarify user stories and assist the agile team during sprints, including testing support

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience, typically at a Senior Analyst or Analyst level
• 2-4 years of experience in technology, software development, banking, finance, or real estate
• 1-3 years in a role focused on designing, building, or implementing software applications
• 2+ years of experience in competencies such as UX/UI design, data analysis, or agile leadership
