Business Analyst, Multifamily

Job Summary

Supporting strategic decision-making and operational performance, the full-time Business Analyst, Multifamily will conduct underwriting analysis, develop financial models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead underwriting analysis for multifamily property management opportunities and develop financial models for pricing and forecasting
• Collaborate with Business Development teams on RFP responses and conduct market research to identify performance improvement opportunities
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support the implementation of new reporting tools and analytics best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 1-5 years of experience in business or financial analysis, preferably in multifamily property management
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with financial modeling
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or Copilot
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
