Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst Officer - Business Support and Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Consults with stakeholders to determine business objectives and success factors
• Documents business and functional requirements, and coordinates with application analysts for technical requirements
• Analyzes system utilization, manages support applications, and assists in troubleshooting issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum three years of experience in banking, technology, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of customer and user system experiences preferred
• Ability to learn and effectively use various banking systems
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
