Business Analyst (Operational Analytics)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst (Operational Analytics) to join their Operational Analytics Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates team standups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings
• Leads information gathering sessions with business stakeholders to define technical specifications
• Maintains project backlogs and sprint boards using agile project management tools

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of business analysis experience supporting technical teams
• Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira)
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent agile certification preferred
• Proven track record in coordinating software development or analytics projects
• BA/BS or equivalent job experience is required
