Business Analyst, Operations

Job Summary

To support operational excellence in a remote environment, the full-time Business Analyst, Operations will execute and improve the enterprise delivery operating model, manage resource planning activities, and enhance operational reporting capabilities while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution and continuous improvement of the enterprise delivery operating model and governance processes
• Administer resource management activities, including capacity tracking and utilization monitoring
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reporting capabilities to inform data-driven business decisions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in project operations, PMO operations, or professional services operations
• Strong understanding of resource planning, capacity forecasting, and operational governance
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with PSAs, ERPs, and CRMs
• Ability to translate operational data into actionable business insights
