Business Analyst, Operations Analytics

Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Operations Analytics & Workforce Optimization, the full-time, fully-remote Business Analyst, Operations Analytics will drive strategic analytics for cross-functional Operations initiatives, translating complex data into actionable insights and building foundational performance measurement frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic analytics for major Operations initiatives by identifying key metrics and driving analyses that shape strategy and execution
• Translate complex analytics into clear recommendations for Operations leadership and build decision-ready narratives for executive audiences
• Own the creation of core data and reporting frameworks to ensure effective measurement and performance tracking across Operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a similar analytical field; Master's degree preferred
• 2-4+ years of experience in business strategy/analytics or a related role, with a proven track record of influencing leadership decisions
• Strong command of data and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, Hex) and experience in building scalable reporting frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of synthesizing complex analysis into executive-ready narratives
