Business Analyst - Oracle EBS O2C

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Oracle EBS Order to Cash (O2C).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a functional analyst for Oracle EBS O2C, focusing on analysis, testing, and implementation support
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop scalable solutions using Oracle technologies
• Create, modify, and execute test plans and scripts while providing Tier 2/3 end-user support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with five years of DoD and/or Federal Oracle EBS implementation experience
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12 Federal Financials, specifically in O2C and Cost Accounting
• Knowledge of project management, G-Invoicing, and Federal budget processes
• Experience in authoring functional design specifications, configuration documents, and test plans
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain an IT-II background investigation
