Business Analyst - Partner Experience

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst focused on the Partner Producer Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive business requirement definition for the Partner Producer Experience, focusing initially on Duck Creek Producer
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive end-to-end experience for Partner Brokers and Agencies
• Lead and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to validate solutions against business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably within the insurance domain
• Prior property and casualty (P&C) agency experience, including familiarity with quoting and policy servicing workflows
• Strong understanding of insurance distribution models and external broker needs
• Experience supporting digital platforms or systems used by external partners
• Familiarity with agile delivery environments and user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination
