Business Analyst - Payment Processing

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Business Analyst - Payment Processing, the full-time position will support a large-scale payment modernization initiative primarily remotely, with occasional travel to Harrisburg, PA, focusing on defining and implementing secure credit card transaction processing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and manage functional and business requirements for enterprise payment processing systems
• Analyze end-to-end payment workflows and evaluate efficiencies to recommend process improvements
• Facilitate collaboration among business users, software developers, and stakeholders throughout project delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst supporting payment processing solutions
• Strong knowledge of credit card processing, payment gateways, and PCI-DSS compliance
• Experience with REST APIs, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and SQL
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
