Business Analyst - Payments

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst-Payment Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex payment operations needs into actionable technical and process requirements
• Support data mapping and reconciliation requirements, and document workflows for various payment types
• Create user stories and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure compliance and business needs are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role supporting technology or operations projects
• Experience with financial systems or payments platforms such as QuickCap or NetSuite
• Proficient in structured data analysis using spreadsheets and basic SQL/BI tools
• Experience working in Agile environments with tools like JIRA for backlog management
