Business Analyst - Payments

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst in the Payments space who is a FISERV SME for a 5-6 month project.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SME for Fiserv payment processor data and provide expertise in data elements and transaction attributes
• Analyze and document source-to-business mappings for Fiserv data fields and lead the definition of business rules
• Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders to clarify field meanings and support issue triage during implementation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis or data analysis experience in payments with hands-on experience with Fiserv processor data
• Deep knowledge of Fiserv payment processor data fields, file structures, and transaction-level attributes
• Experience documenting field-level mappings, business rules, and functional logic for payment data environments
• Strong experience with requirements gathering and functional documentation
• Ability to analyze detailed source structures and explain field usage and dependencies
