Business Analyst (PeopleSoft, ServiceNow)

Job Summary

Supporting procurement and financial operations, the contract System / Business Analyst (PeopleSoft, ServiceNow) will manage procurement processes, monitor contract renewals, and provide financial analysis while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement processes and contract administration, ensuring compliance with organizational policies
• Conduct financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking expenditures across technology initiatives
• Coordinate vendor engagement activities and assist with onboarding consultants and contractors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered
• 1-3+ years of experience in procurement, financial analysis, or business operations
• Experience with PeopleSoft Procurement and Financial Modules and ServiceNow Asset and Contract Management
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic understanding of IT asset management
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume workloads accurately
