Business Analyst - Pharmacy

Job Summary

Working remotely from the contiguous US, the full-time Business Analyst - Pharmacy will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, supporting end-to-end delivery and validating system functionality in the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and implement system maintenance requests
• Develop and execute test plans, including participation in UAT and regression testing activities
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to pharmacy and Medicaid operations

Required qualifications

• 3 or more years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within Medicaid or Pharmacy
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices and system configuration updates
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage assigned work independently
• Willingness to learn and build domain knowledge in pharmacy and Medicaid systems
• Strong communication skills to work effectively across business and technical teams
