Job Summary
Supporting cross-functional projects, the full-time remote Business Analyst - PMO will analyze and improve business processes, manage business requirements, and ensure project alignment with client expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze, plan, design, document, and recommend improvements to business processes
- Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical teams to define and communicate business requirements
- Create and analyze test scenarios to ensure client requirements are integrated into system design
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of Business Analyst experience within a Project Management Office (PMO)
- Experience in supporting multiple projects and understanding project lifecycle and dependencies
- Proficiency in gathering business requirements and maintaining clear project documentation
- Experience with change management initiatives and documenting impacts
- Strong analytical skills focused on business process improvement and reporting efficiency
