Business Analyst - PMO

Job Summary

Supporting cross-functional projects, the full-time remote Business Analyst - PMO will analyze and improve business processes, manage business requirements, and ensure project alignment with client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, plan, design, document, and recommend improvements to business processes
• Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical teams to define and communicate business requirements
• Create and analyze test scenarios to ensure client requirements are integrated into system design

Required qualifications

• Three or more years of Business Analyst experience within a Project Management Office (PMO)
• Experience in supporting multiple projects and understanding project lifecycle and dependencies
• Proficiency in gathering business requirements and maintaining clear project documentation
• Experience with change management initiatives and documenting impacts
• Strong analytical skills focused on business process improvement and reporting efficiency
