Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Portal Liaison - Hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with users and systems to implement enhancements and troubleshoot portal issues
- Take ownership of change management tasks and partner with other areas for incident resolution
- Develop and maintain user manuals, training materials, and conduct fact-finding investigations
Required Qualifications
- Three to five years of experience in the healthcare industry, with Medicaid knowledge preferred
- Proficient in personal computers and applications such as Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Experience in troubleshooting technical problems via various communication methods
- Ability to work outside core business hours if needed to meet project timelines
- Experience in a project setting and familiarity with UAT testing and change management
