Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Portal Liaison - Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with users and systems to implement enhancements and troubleshoot portal issues
  • Take ownership of change management tasks and partner with other areas for incident resolution
  • Develop and maintain user manuals, training materials, and conduct fact-finding investigations
Required Qualifications
  • Three to five years of experience in the healthcare industry, with Medicaid knowledge preferred
  • Proficient in personal computers and applications such as Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Experience in troubleshooting technical problems via various communication methods
  • Ability to work outside core business hours if needed to meet project timelines
  • Experience in a project setting and familiarity with UAT testing and change management
