Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Analyst Principal, Sales Intake.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract business requirements from customers and translate them into professional services recommendations
- Manage pre-sales activities including creating hours estimates, presenting proposals, and building customer confidence in solutions
- Lead productive exchanges of information among team members and proactively identify business opportunities and issues
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in Customer Success and/or a SAAS-based company
- Experience working with cross-department teams and managing complex requests with stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT and/or Financial Edge NXT
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
