Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst Principal, Sales Intake.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extract business requirements from customers and translate them into professional services recommendations
  • Manage pre-sales activities including creating hours estimates, presenting proposals, and building customer confidence in solutions
  • Lead productive exchanges of information among team members and proactively identify business opportunities and issues
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Success and/or a SAAS-based company
  • Experience working with cross-department teams and managing complex requests with stakeholders
  • Deep knowledge of Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT and/or Financial Edge NXT
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
