Business Analyst Principal Lead

Job Summary

Driving large-scale business transformations, the full-time Business Analyst Principal Lead will engage with stakeholders, leverage Salesforce expertise, and champion Agile methodologies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather and document complex business requirements and translate them into actionable technical plans
• Leverage Salesforce expertise to architect modern business solutions and lead complex data analysis and migration activities
• Champion Agile methodologies and manage technical user stories and requirements documentation within Jira

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Salesforce Consultant in large-scale enterprise environments
• Proven track record of involvement in large-scale business transformations, integrations, or M&A programs
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly Salesforce Sales Cloud and Agentforce Sales capabilities
• Expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies and application lifecycle management, with proficiency in Jira
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex data structures and execute Salesforce org migrations
