Job Summary

Focusing on the design and implementation of enterprise process automation strategies, the full-time remote Business Analyst - Process Automation will manage processes, collaborate with business leaders, and oversee the software development lifecycle to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Define and design automated solutions and workflows to meet business requirements
• Partner with business and technology teams to expand the process automation platform
• Create quality business requirement documents and project documentation for thorough testing

Required qualifications

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of industry experience, including 1+ years in a mentorship role
• Expertise in K2 process automation software preferred
• 2+ years of experience in residential or commercial real estate
• Experience with large-scale project implementations using project management techniques
