Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the project team and IT to scope and document business systems requirements
• Support product-related systems implementation and business production
• Conduct data mining and analysis, producing ad hoc and recurring reports

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of working experience in the financial services/annuity industry preferred
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate recommended solutions for efficient system design
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Ability to adapt and learn new products, systems, and technologies
